Terms & Conditions

  1. To complete the virtual membership registration, you are required to download the Ruby Tuesday Mobile Application and provide your mobile telephone number (HKSAR & PRC) for activation; you will receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS for activation:
  • For newly joined members, you will receive your membership activation details via an SMS after purchasing the membership. 
  1. Memberships can only be activated on one mobile device at any given time. 
  2. Memberships are only valid at Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Hong Kong. 
  3. Memberships are non-transferable:
  • Secondary identification (a credit card or photographic ID) may be required when using your membership. 
  1. Membership cards are only valid for use at one table. 
  2. Membership discounts do not apply to the 10% service charge; the service charge is applied based on the original price. 
  3. Unless otherwise specified, membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 
  4. RT Premier Members can enjoy a 50% discount on food and beverages (including alcohol) and a 15% discount on set meals. 
  5. So-connected Members can enjoy a 10% discount on all items:
  • So-connected Memberships are not eligible for the Rewards Program. 
  1. Only available for takeaway (self-pick-up): 
  • Separate orders and payments are required if takeaway items are to be collected at different times, dates, or stores.
  • Payment can be made [at this time] via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayMe, Octopus, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. 
  • Full payment will be deducted from the provided credit card/ payment method during the online ordering process. Confirmed orders cannot be revised or canceled after payment has been completed. All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. 
  • All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars. In no event shall Ruby Tuesday be liable for any costs incurred by the customer due to any bank, payment method, or currency exchange issue. 
  • Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reserves the right to modify payment terms for any order without prior notice. 
  • Customers must show a valid order code to the staff for verification. Each order code can be used once only. All records kept by Ruby Tuesday shall be deemed conclusive and binding. 
  • Customers should keep the order code secure. Anyone showing a valid order code to staff will be deemed an authorized representative for pick-up or dine-in. 
  • If an order is not collected on the selected self-pick-up/ dine-in date or within 45 minutes of the specified time, the order will be deemed fulfilled; Ruby Tuesday will not refund any payment made for an order that has been fulfilled. 
  • In the event of a Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm signals being hoisted, our Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong restaurant operations may be impacted, affecting our pick-up and dine-in services. Please contact the selected restaurants for details. 
  • If you pre-ordered items, you might change your original self-pick-up / dine-in date by calling or visiting the selected restaurant to enquire about making a change up to 36 hours prior. Please note that any new pickup must be within 1 month of the original booking. Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reserves the right to decide whether to accept the changes. 
  1. Mobile Applications require a stable internet connection to operate correctly: 
  • Ruby Tuesday takes no responsibility for the performance of its Mobile Application in the event of an unstable or otherwise unreliable internet connection. 
  1. Completed and confirmed membership transactions cannot be canceled, are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any condition. 
  2. For all other details about the Ruby Tuesday membership program, please refer to the [most recent] online membership program for more information. 
  3. If Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reasonably believes that any of its members (1) breaches these Terms, subsequent Terms or Policies (including future amendments made from time to time), or (2) abuse/ and or misuse the membership benefits, or (3) violates applicable laws, or (4) causes harm or damage (including financial and reputational) to Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong or Ruby Tuesday or any of its customers, staff, and visitors, Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong is entitled to, at its absolute discretion, suspend or terminate the membership of that member with immediate effect without further notice and compensation. The decision of Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong shall be final and binding. 
  4. Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any other Policies related to its Membership Program or use of its Mobile Application at any time: 
  • Continued use of the Ruby Tuesday Mobile Application following the posting of any changes will constitute acceptance of such changes or modifications to the said program.
  1. In the case of [any] dispute, the decision of Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong shall be final.
