Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and, Ruby’s has got you covered for this special occasion [during the season of Love] with yours truly! What better way to dine with a loved one, your family (if you can’t find a baby sitter) or even a friend than to have us create a special menu to help you celebrate! Love comes in all shapes and sizes, with this in mind, we have hand-picked three main courses so that you can choose the perfect combination for you and your date:

To start with, and to set-the-mood, we have two glasses of Somersby Sparkling Rose [Cider], followed by a truly scrumptious Tomato Bisque Soup. Moving on to the main course, we will provide one Steak & Shrimp plate, comprising a wonderfully Aged Sirloin Steak with Ruby’s very own Seasoning and, a huge Shrimp Tail, offered along with one other main course of your choice:
- Steak & Shrimp – double the love!
- Salmon Florentine – a fresh Salmon Filet, sitting on a bed of chopped Spinach, drenched in a Parmesan Cream Sauce, and served with a side of steaming fresh Mixed Vegetables
- Truffle Fettuccine – a generous portion of Fettuccine Pasta tossed together with Portobello Mushrooms in a Truffle and Parmesan Cream Sauce
After we’ve delighted your taste buds and lifted your hearts with our main course, we will move on to a beautifully presented Dessert Platter. Consisting of a lightly-sweetened Peach Cobbler and a delectable Chocolate Brownie, we have a heavenly helping of whipped cream, served alongside forest berries for a truly amazing end to your Valentine’s Celebration!
