Every dollar spent on food and beverage (after discount) earns one point towards a reward redemption. RT Premier members can redeem their points for rewards listed below at any time throughout the year.

*RT Vouchers may be combined with membership discounts for purchases. Rewards will be processed within 10 working days of submission of the required forms. Forms are available exclusively at Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Hong Kong.

Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

• All points will be cleared on the expiry of the membership.
• To retain your accumulated reward points, be sure to renew your membership before it expires. You may extend your membership online or in person at our restaurants.
• All Points cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reserves the right to substitute items of equal value in the event of product shortages.
• The above information is subject to change without prior notice.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong shall be final. 

Membership Terms and Conditions

• Offers are valid exclusively for Virtual Card Membership holders.
• Members must download the Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong App via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• All confirmed membership transactions are final and non-refundable. Benefits cannot be canceled or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Virtual Mobile Membership Card Terms and Conditions govern all usage.

1. Non-Transferable

• Memberships are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared.
• A secondary form of identification (e.g., credit card or photo ID matching the member’s name) must be presented when redeeming discounts.
• To preserve the value of our loyalty programs, discounts are reserved exclusively for eligible members.
• Sharing your card may result in immediate cancellation of membership benefits.

2. Abuse & Misuse Policy

• Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership immediately, without prior notice or compensation, if a member:
  
  • Violates program Terms, Policies, or subsequent amendments.
  • Engages in abuse and/ or misuse of membership benefits.
  • Breaches applicable laws or regulations.
  • Causes harm or damage, including financial or reputational impact, to Ruby Tuesday, its affiliates, customers, staff, or visitors.
• Decisions regarding membership status are final and binding at the sole discretion of Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong.
