How to Activate our Virtual Membership Card:

1. Download the application from the Apple or Google Play Store.
2. Click ‘Activate My Online Card’ in the Members section.
3. Enter your membership card ID and expiry date.
4. Enjoy the features of your new virtual membership card.
5. The Ruby Tuesday mobile app supports mobile devices running Apple iOS 6.0+ and Google Android 4.1+ only. *Virtual Membership Cards cannot be activated on Tablet Devices.

Mobile App Terms & Conditions:

Ruby Tuesday Virtual Membership Terms & Conditions

1. To complete the virtual membership registration, you are required to download the Ruby Tuesday Mobile Application and provide your local mobile number for activation; you will receive a 6-digital verification code via SMS for activation:

• If you are a current member [with a physical card] and you upgrade to a virtual membership, upon activation of the virtual membership, the physical card will be canceled.
• For newly joined members, you will receive your membership activation details via SMS after purchase has been made.

2. Membership can only be activated on one mobile device at any given time.
3. Memberships are only valid at Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Hong Kong.
4. Memberships are non-transferable:

• Secondary identification (a credit card or photographic ID) may be required when using your membership.

5. Membership cards are only valid for use at one table.
6. Membership discounts do not apply to the 10% service charge; the 10% service charge applies based on the original price.
7. Unless otherwise specified, membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
8. RT Premier / RT Premier (Supplementary) Pass holders can enjoy a 50% discount on food and beverages (includes alcohol); a 15% discount on set meals.
9. Privilege Pass holders can enjoy a 50% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages; a 15% discount on set meals and alcoholic beverages.
10. So-connected holders can enjoy a 10% discount on all items.
11. Reward points expire on 31 December (each year) and cannot be carried forward. (RT Premier excluded).
12. Only available for takeaway (self-pick-up) and delivery ordering services:

• Separate orders and payments are required if takeaway or delivery items are to be collected at different times, on different dates, or at different stores.
• Payment only accepts Visa Card, Master Card or Apple Pay.
• Full payment will be deducted from the provided credit card during online ordering. Confirmed orders cannot be revised or canceled after payment has been completed. All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
• All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars. In no event that Ruby Tuesday shall be responsible for any cost charged incurred to the customer due to any bank, payment method, and/or currency.
• Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to modify payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Customers must show a valid order code to the staff for verification. Each order code can be used once

• All records kept by Ruby Tuesday shall be deemed conclusive.
• Customers should keep the order code properly. Anyone showing the staff a valid order code will be deemed as an authorized representative for order pick-up or dine-in.
• If an order is not collected on the selected self-pick-up / dine-in date and time, the order will be deemed to have been canceled, Ruby Tuesday will not refund any payment made for an order that has been fulfilled.
• In case of Typhoon Signal 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm signals are hoisted, our restaurant operations might be affected, which cause the pick-up or dine-in service will not be able to serve as usual. Please contact the selected restaurants you ordered for takeaway / pre-order to enquire for details or before 36 hours from your original pick-up / dine-in date to make changes. Please note that the new pick-up must be within 1 month. Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to decide whether or not to accept the changes.

1. Mobile Applications require a stable internet connection in order to operate properly:

• Ruby Tuesday takes no responsibility for the performance of its Mobile Application in the event of an unstable or otherwise unreliable internet connection.

2. Completed and confirmed membership transactions cannot be canceled and are not refundable or exchangeable under any condition.
3. For other details that apply to the Ruby Tuesday membership program, please refer to the [most recent] online membership application form for program details.
4. If Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited reasonably believes that any of its members (1) breaches these Terms, subsequent Terms or Policies (including future amendments made from time to time), or (2) abuse/and or misuse the membership benefits, or (3) violates applicable laws, or (4) causes harm or damage (including financial and reputational) to Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited or Ruby Tuesday or any of its customers, staff and visitors, Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited is entitled to, at its absolute discretion, suspend or terminate the membership of that member with immediate effect without further notice and without compensation. The decision of Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
5. Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any other Policies related to its Membership Program or use of its Mobile Application at any time:

• Continued use of the Ruby Tuesday Mobile Application following the posting of any changes will constitute acceptance of such changes or modifications to the said program.

6. In the case of [any] dispute, the decision of Asia Pacific RT (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
