Membership cards are valid for one table only. Memberships are non-transferable, and a secondary form of identification (such as a credit card or identification with a photo) is required when membership cards are used. Membership cards are valid at all Ruby Tuesday restaurants in Hong Kong only. Completed and confirmed membership transactions cannot be cancelled and are not refundable or exchangeable under any condition. Replacement of lost cards incurs an administration fee of HK$50. Reward points expire on 31 December (each year) and cannot be carried forward. (RT Premier excluded). Reward points earning does not apply to the RT Premier (Supplementary) Pass.
