Due to new immigrants, who have continued to influence the region’s cuisines and culture, the dish enjoyed a resurgence of popularity in the 1960s; it’s been a perennial favorite ever since. Ruby Tuesday’s Onion Soup is homemade, a Rich Broth filled with Caramelized Onions, and a Cheesy Crouton – it’s a fabulous first course!
