3. Offers are valid at Ruby Tuesday Sha Tin Lucky Plaza only.
4. For Dine-in only: a 10% service charge applies to the original price, including all free items.
5. Offers can only be used to redeem Food & Beverages. It cannot be used for membership fees or to purchase any vouchers or coupons.
6. No refunds on lesser-valued items purchased.
7. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher / promotional code, discount, or promotional offer.
8. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and is non-refundable.
9. Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong reserves the right to change the above information without prior notice.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong shall be final.

4. 須繳付以原價計算之加一服務費，包括所有免費之項目。

5. 以上優惠只適用於餐廳內繳付食品及飲品消費。不適用於任何會籍費用付款，購買現金券或優惠券等。

6. 如消費金額低於現金券原額，將不獲退款。

7. 只限堂食，不可與其他優惠券 / 碼、折扣或宣傳優惠共同使用。

8. 以上優惠不可兌換現金或其他貨品及不可退款。

9. Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong 保留更改以上優惠條款之決定，而毋須作出另行通知。

10. 如有任何爭議， Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong 保留優惠最終決定權。
