Terms & Conditions 條款及細則

1. The Children’s Birthday Party Set is available for Dine-in and Takeaway 兒童派對套餐適用於堂食及外賣：

a. A 10% service charge applies for dine-in.堂食收取加一服務費。

2. The Dine-in Party Set is available for Children aged 3 to 11 years; adults are welcome to accompany Children to the Party堂食兒童派對套餐適用於三至十一歲兒童；歡迎家長陪同參加：

a. Extra charges may be incurred subject to additional food and beverages being ordered. 派對套餐以外之餐點將收取額外費用。

3. With two available time slots, 2 – 4 pm or 4 – 6 pm, with a 2-hour duration for each session, the Dine-in Party schedule is only applicable on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Public Holidays. 兒童派對套餐堂食只適用於週六、週日及公眾假期的兩節時段 – 下午二至四時或下午四至六時：

a. An additional $1,000 for every 30-minutes will be charged if the period is extended beyond the 2-hour session. For clarification, any additional part thereof is charged in 30-minute increments.   Prior notification is required for any time extension. 如堂食派對進行超過該節兩小時時段，每三十分鐘將收取港幣一千元額外費用，不足三十分鐘亦作三十分鐘計算；如需延長堂食派對時段，請預先與分店經理溝通與確認。

4. Ruby Tuesday provides Balloons and Basic Decorations with a generic “Happy Birthday” Banner for Children’s Parties for FREE. Extra charges will be levied for additional decorations requested. 餐廳會為堂食派對提供免費汽球及基本裝飾連「生日快樂」佈置，如有其他額外佈置需求，將另外收取費用：

a. A service charge and a deposit will be applied for any decorations brought from outside (due to health, safety, and environmental concerns). 因健康、安全及環境因素考量，如自攜外來裝飾品到餐廳佈置，將收取額外服務費及按金。

b. Ruby Tuesday offers one FREE Birthday Chocolate Tallcake for the Birthday Boy/Girl. $150 will be charged for cutting cakes brought from outside the Restaurant. 餐廳將為生日的兒童免費提供一客濃情朱古力生日蛋糕。如自攜生日蛋糕，將收取港幣一百五十元切餅費。

i.Other outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the Ruby Tuesday Restaurant. 不允許攜帶其他非Ruby Tuesday餐廳的食品及飲品。

5. In addition to the Party Food & Beverages provided in the package, a Party Gift Set for each Child is included – a party hat, sticker, balloon, coaster, coupon and a Printed Photo (taken during the event). 隨派對套餐，餐廳會為每位參加兒童送上一份派對禮物包，小禮物包括派對帽子、貼紙、氣球﹑杯墊﹑優惠券及照片打印一張(於派對上拍攝)：

a. Ruby Tuesday reserves the right to substitute other items of a similar or greater value in case of any ingredient or product shortage. 如遇產品短缺，本公司有權更改其他同等價值之產品代替。

6. Ruby Tuesday (RT) offers no other discounts for the Children’s Party Set. No Vouchers, Promo-codes, Discounts, or other Promotional Offers can be applied to the Party Set (including Ruby Tuesday 15% Membership discounts). 除會員優惠定價外，其他折扣優惠並不適用於兒童派對套餐，包括但不限於優惠券、優惠碼、折扣或其他宣傳優惠共同使用(包括Ruby Tuesday會員85折套餐優惠)。

7. A 50% Deposit of the total amount shall be prepaid to confirm the Party. The remaining balance shall be settled on the same day of Party. Bookings are on a first-pay, first-confirmed basis.  顧客需先支付50%訂金以確認堂食兒童派對套餐，餘下費用將於堂食派對當日收取。預訂以先成功收取訂金順序確認為準。

8. The maximum capacity of a Dine-in Party depends on the space available in different restaurant locations. It is not permissible to change the number of guests after the Party has been confirmed:  堂食派對之最大容納人數視乎分店位置空間不同，預訂確認後不可更改參加人數：

a. Ruby Tuesday reserves the right to limit the number of guests or refuse extra guests if the number of people present in the designed Party area has reached total capacity; 本公司有權限制參加人數或拒絕額外參加者如在場參與人數已超過餐廳容納限制；

b. If the number of Children present exceeds the confirmed number of guests in the booking, Ruby Tuesday reserves the right to charge an additional amount per head. 如參加兒童人數超過預訂確認人數，本公司保留收取每位額外費用之決定。

9. Cancellation Policy取消政策:

a. Cancellations or amendments need to be communicated via email to info@rubytuesday.com.hk stating the Specific RT Restaurant and the original Party Booking Date and Time 如需取消或更改預訂，請經電郵通知info@rubytuesday.com.hk ，並提供原預訂派對資料，包括餐廳地點、日期及時間：

i.100% Refund of Deposit – on cancellations made 7-days or more in advance派對日期七天或以前取消，退還全數訂金款項；

ii.80% Refund of Deposit – on cancellations made 3-6-days派對日期三至六天前取消，退還80%訂金款項；

iii.50% Refund of Deposit – on customer cancellations within 48 hours of the booking派對日期前四十八小時內顧客提出取消要求，退還50%訂金款項；

b. No refunds will be made if the above terms and conditions are not followed, or the customer fails to provide the booking details, or the customer alters a booking without good cause. 如顧客未能遵守以上條款及細則、或提供預訂資料、或提出適當原因更改或取消預訂，恕不退還訂金款項。

c. In case of severe weather conditions (including but not limited to Black Rainstorm Signals or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above being hoisted 2 hours before your Party), Ruby Tuesday will do its best to reschedule the Party to a mutually acceptable date for both parties. 如遇惡劣天氣狀況(包括但不限於在派對舉行時間兩小時前掛上黑色暴雨警告信號、八號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號)，本公司將會盡量配合安排更改預訂派對日期。

d. If any unforeseen circumstances occur beyond Ruby Tuesday’s control, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking. Upon such cancellation, Ruby Tuesday may offer the option of rescheduling the function or refunding the Deposit. 如遇任何不可抵抗因素控制或影響，本公司保留取消預訂之權利。此情況下之取消或更改預訂，本公司或會重新安排派對或退還訂金款項。

e. Under no circumstances will Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong be liable to pay any compensation to the customer or any other person for any loss, damage, or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from a cancellation. 在任何情況下，本公司毋須因取消預訂或因而直接或間接產生之損失、損害或支出向顧客或其他人士提供賠償。

10. The above information is subject to change without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong shall be final. 如有任何爭議，Ruby Tuesday Hong Kong保留最終決定權。
